Your Role: The successful associate will:
§ Deliver exceptional customer service to callers regarding their benefit and payroll related inquiries. Answers phone calls in a shared service environment and work with the appropriate resource (s) to resolve all inquiries/transactions in a timely, accurate fashion and follow up as necessary.
§ Research inquiries utilizing the Company’s HR, payroll, benefit plan policies and practices accessing internal systems to obtain applicable information, and document all interactions with the callers on the call tracking system (Remedy).
§ Responsible for assembly and distribution of benefit enrollment materials and for various departmental tasks including Medicare questionnaires, tuition reimbursement, and bill payments.
§ Provide backup support to complete calls/e-mail requests received from customers, including responding to inquiries by drawing on knowledge of Delaware North Company’s HR policies and practices, accessing DNC’s HR systems to obtain needed information, researching answers to inquiries, etc.
Our Expectations: Qualified associates must have:
§ An Associates degree in Business Management or related discipline, with a minimum of one to three years’ relevant experience in payroll and/or benefits.
§ Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and demonstrate high integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
§ Effectively understand and apply the Company’s HR/payroll policies and procedures.
§ Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel, are required. PeopleSoft HR and Remedy Call Tracking experience is ideal. |
