Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Hire employee & independently contracted field representatives to perform on-site insurance surveys via phone & e-mail contact
- Evaluating individuals to determine if they meet our hiring requirements
- Qualifying all potential staff based on company guidelines
- Placing advertising
- Clear communication & follow-up to ensure timely hiring practices
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently and have exceptional organizational skills to maintain constant multi-tasking
- 2-4 year degree
- Previous office experience necessary
- Previous interviewing experience is a plus
$10-$12/hr depending on experience
