As the pre-eminent Human Resource organization in Western New York, BNHRA events are designed to bring dynamic speakers who will provide insight into current and future trends in the human resource profession to our members. The goal of our programming is to provide members, and nonmembers, personal and professional development opportunities to continue to strengthen their roles in their organization and communities.
BNHRA offers several services and activities to accomplish the chapter goal of serving the professional and advancing the profession. Members are encouraged to participate in these programs throughout the year, and non-member attendees are always welcome.

Professional Development Opportunities
•Monthly Meetings:
Our meetings are jammed-packed with incredible speakers, content and networking opportunities. These meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month (excluding December and the summer months).
•Educational Workshops:
Workshops provide opportunities to attain cutting-edge HR skills and knowledge to enable members to work as value-added HR business partners. These sessions are typically at least a half-day or longer in length and every effort is made to secure PHR or SPHR recertification credits through HRCI.
•Networking Events:
Social opportunities to enjoy a meeting and re-connecting with professionals in a relaxed local setting without a set agenda.
