Hodgson Russ LLP to Serve BNHRA as Labor and Employment Law Liaison



The Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association is pleased to announce it has selected to serve BNHRA members as the association’s primary labor and employment law liaison. In this role, Hodgson Russ representatives will provide updates on current labor and employment law trends through presentations at BNHRA events and other avenues, to help keep you up to date on this complex and constantly evolving area of law.

Here at the BNHRA, we are excited about this new relationship with Buffalo’s largest law firm. Hodgson Russ has extensive experience in labor and employment, litigation, employee benefits, immigration, and many other substantive areas that will provide great value to BNHRA members. It has approximately 200 attorneys and offices across New York and in Florida. Additionally, the firm has an office in Toronto and provides U.S. counsel to clients on a wide range of cross-border matters.

Hodgson Russ attorney Elizabeth D. Carlson (labor and employment) will be the firm’s representative to the BNHRA. You will soon have the opportunity to meet Liz, but in the meantime, she has provided the information below to help introduce herself to our membership.

Much of my practice at Hodgson Russ LLP involves counseling employers and assisting them with compliance with the law.
