The SHRM Foundation is a leading funder of HR research. In 2008 the SHRM Foundation awarded a record $750,000 annually in grants to fund rigorous, original academic research with practical implications for HR management practices.
The SHRM Foundations’ effective Practice Guidelines series make research findings easily available to HR practitioners. The Foundation has also created a series of educational DVD’s for use at SHRM Chapter programming, staff trainings, or executive educational sessions. Such topics covered are:
